The Vehicle inspection is intended solely as an evaluation of the vehicle subjected to the service provided by “Check your Ride Inc.” and it reflects the vehicle’s condition at the time and date of the examination. There are no implied or express guarantees or warranties of any kind related to this vehicle inspection. 
Check your Ride Inc. specifically disclaims any liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with ownership or operation of said vehicle AND further disclaims any liability for any hidden wreck, flood damage or tampered components not readily apparent. The items visually inspected were in the reported condition listed in the report at the time of the inspection only. Further disclaimed is any liability for any damage or defects not found during this inspection. Other conditions may exist which did not occur or appear during the inspection. This report is for information only and is not to be considered a recommendation for or against the purchase of the inspected vehicle. Therefore, any liability is strictly limited to the amount charged for this report. You unconditionally agree to the foregoing terms by ordering and consenting to this inspection report.
The inspector has the right to stop the vehicle inspection if he feels that that to continue will be dangerous to himself or to anyone else in the test drive or during the inspection. 
 
The vehicle inspections are limited to a maximum of 2 (two) hours
